Duett Rondo Children's aka "Piccolo"A/P Duett's German engineered saddle built especially for youth riders. Tired of trying saddles that just don't fit, creep forward or tip up because they just don't fit your chubby pony? Designed to accomodate broad backed steeds like it's bigger brother the Rondo, this all purpose saddle is built on a wood spring tree. The seat is soft, supple, full grain cow hide that is extremely comfortable from the get go. Nicely sized knee blocks with smooth, fancy stitched leather on the knee pads. Duetts are wool flocked, naturally, for a customized fit. The Piccolo is truely an all purpose saddle that will encourage proper balance and position for a variety of disciplines from dressage, to jumping and cruising the trails. Stocked in 34cm (wide), 36cm (extra wide), 38cm (gosh that's wide) And now 40 cm (yikes).
New... some of the Piccolos are now available with a nylon tab already attached at the tree point so that a 4th front billet can be easily attached to prevent the saddle from slipping forward on ponies with a forward girth heart.
